In this project, we are going to present an indoor air quality monitoring system. Our system is connected to the Internet, and as a result, anyone can remotely visualize the air quality index form anywhere.  

Arduino

Arduino is an open-source electronics platform based on easy-to-use hardware and software. Arduino boards are able to read inputs - light on a sensor, a finger on a button, or a Twitter message - and turn it into an output - activating a motor, turning on an LED, publishing something online. 

Gas Sensor 

A gas sensor is a device that detects the presence or concentration of gases in the atmosphere. Based on the concentration of the gas the sensor produces a corresponding potential difference by changing the resistance of the material inside the sensor, which can be measured as output voltage air Sensor: It measures pollutants, in the form of oxidizable or reducible gases, in the air outside your car. Oxidizable gases include carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons (vapors from benzene or petrol), and other partially burnt fuel components.                 

Working: 

✓Step 1: The Available air will be sensed by the use of an air quality sensor and a Gas Sensor. 

✓Step 2: Then the output of sensors is given to Arduino's wide range IOT Development board.           

✓Step 3: With the help of Cloud the last output will be shown on the Android phone.                                       

✓Step 4: For ExampleThe range of Air quality is between 0-50 it shows Good in Green ColorThe range of Air quality is between 51-100 it shows Moderate in Yellow color range of Air quality is between 301-500 it shows Hazardous in Maroon Color.
