My notion is about to aid people with more efficient and affordable smart wireless home cleaner. As we use wireless mechanism it is very cautious and also comfortable for paralyzed nation.As our device uses D.C current, this elevates and append crisp to our lives.

Description

IDEA:

                Our Intention is to make the employed class and feeble people to feel cosy in the home cleaning process.As this cleaner is wireless, it makes the users to work comfortably.Also it is rechargeable and affordable, so all class of people can afford our device.

MODERNITY OF THE PROJECT :

                             It is designed to overcome physical work by wireless mechanism using bluetooth, where the device can be accessed through mobile phones. Here D.C current is used over AC, as DC transmission system is free of current distortion, and so, we can conclude detection and clearing of faults is much easier in this system.

ELUDICATION OF BUILDING BLOCKS :

Step 1 : Here DC motor is taken for movement of the device. As compared to geared motors, the DC motor power consumption is very low.150 rpm motor is used, as it can withstand moderable speed .The device consist of 4 DC motors at two sides of the metal chases(2 motors at right and 2 motors at left ). Here motors at both the ends are interconnected with L298N drive module.

 

Step 2 : Then L298N drive module is connected to arduino for receiving key signal, to achieve the movement of the cleaner device.,

Step 3 : To achieve the process of cleaning soap liquid is mandatory. Hence to overcome this, we have built the soap liquid carrier. Inside the tank submersible motor is placed to pump out and spray the liquid but it consumes only 9v for perfect working. So we have used 2222A NPN transistor  for switching the submersible motor. Here the base side of the NPN transistor is connected to the digital side of the arduino to acquire low voltage key signal (+5v) , then the collector side is connected with the negative end of a submersible motor and finally the emitter side and battery's negative side are grounded .When arduino sends low voltage key signal to the base side, the circuit gets closed and submersible motor starts working.

Step 4 : In my innovation geared motor is used to rotate the scrubber to fulfill the cleaning process but consumes only 9v for perfect working. we have used 2222A NPN transistor  for switching the geared motor. Here the base side of the NPN transistor is connected to the digital side of the arduino to acquire low voltage key signal (+5v) , then the collector side is connected with the negative end of a submersible motor and finally the emitter side and battery's negative side are grounded .When arduino sends low voltage key signal to the base side, the circuit gets closed and geared motor starts working.

 

Step 5 : In this device entire process is controlled by the bluetooth signals.Thus we have used HC-05 bluetooth module. HC-05 module is accessed through mobile's bluetooth and to receive the key code from the mobile , apps is used which is available in the playstore.

 

Auxiliary features :

IR sensor is placed at the front ,whenever the device detects a object it notifys the user with the buzzer alarm sound .
