Process:
Step 1: We have to connect the Machine Overheat Detector model to the machine.
Step 2: The user have to set a fix temperature.
Step 3: The temperature sensor will sense the machine temperature.
Step 4: After sensing the temperature the temperature sensor will send the signal to the microcontroller.
Step 5: Microcontroller will then check that the temperature is above the set point or not.
Step 6: If the temperature is above the set point, the microcontroller will send a signal to the alert system.
Step 7: The alert system sends an alert to the user.
Step 8: This whole procedure will be seen by the user on a display.
Step 9: Manually the user can start the cooling fan to cool down the machine.

- Dehumidifier, testing and inspection equipment, consumer goods, automotive, automatic control, data loggers, weather stations, home appliances, humidity regulator, medical and other humidity measurement and control.
- HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) Systems
- Weather Stations
- Medical Equipment for measuring humidity
- Home Automation Systems
- Automotive and other weather control applications
- We can use this kind of project in such kind of farm that always need a constant temperature.
- We can use it also in agricultural research.
- In Industries
CONCLUSION
The project “Machine overheat detection with alert” has been successfully designed and tested. It has been developed by integrating features of all the hardware components used and software also in which we have used C++ language. Presence of every module has been reasoned out and placed carefully thus contributing to the best working of the unit. Secondly, using highly advanced microcontroller and with the help of growing technology the project has been successfully implemented. We conclude that by implementing these systems we can access the live data and control the device interfaced with our system.
